Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination. Luxe Co is not liable for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or issue store credit for products that arrive damaged or defective. Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods. For eligible claims, we reserve the right to offer replacements or store credit at our discretion.
